Return Policy

refund. The provider accepts no return for refund unless special return policy

Unshipped orders can be cancelled 24 hours
before the scheduled shipping. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded unless
special policy declared expressly. For products provided by download links, the
order is "shipped" as soon as the "download link" sent by
the provider.
Defected products can be returned for
replacement. The user will cover the cost to return the product safely and
completely to the provider. If express shipping is requested, the user shall
also cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
At no circumstances the provider will refund the
"shipping fee" after the product shipped.
