How to order

Here are some basic steps to order products on this website:

Step 1. Add to cart

Add the product you want to buy to the virtual shopping cart by clicking this button

Step 2. Check out

Go your shopping cart and click to find the check out form
We need your shipping information such as email address, physical address as well as phone numbers
No PO box address accepted for int'l shipping.
Download links won't be provided to certain email addresses like "xyz@yahoo.com"
Always use your ISP provided email address or corporate email address
Always provide your business name (company name)
Select a payment method as you will
Certain type of payments (including Credit card payment, paypal payment) require verifying

Step 3. Make payment

We accept several kind of payment, including Credit Card, Paypal, Money Transfer (Western Union/Moneygram), Cheque, Bank wire (T/T), Money order (check).

Bank wire may take 3-5 business days

Step 4. Process & Shipping

Most orders are processed within 24 hours (except weekend and holidays). Big orders (with 5 or more copies) may require few more days
Unverified orders will be dropped. Dropped orders will be refunded.
Shipping information (tracking number) will be sent to you via email
If you didn't receive any notice within 2 business days after you place your order, contact us for an update.
