How updated are your products

We routinely update our products to keep them up-to-date. All products listed on our website are the latest version avaialble to public. For most products, the maximium life span will be 24 months. Few old products may be kept alive only when there is no update available and the data quality is still good enough.

Copyright date is NOT the update date.

How can we put those data on our website?

No. Putting our database on your website (both public or private) requires a limited publishing license and please contact us for this kind of issue.

Can I export the data to MS Outlook or Excel?

Yes, you can use the "copy/paste" function to move a certain entries to MS Excel or MS Word, Note Pad, etc.
However, if you want to export large number of data to other applications, it's suggested that you purchase the MS Access format for a fee.

How do I make the payment

We accept payment by credit cards (VISA/Master/AMEX), Paypal, cooperate checks, bank wire (T/T) and money transfer (Western Union/Moneygram).

We accept credit card payment via Paypal (paypal.com). No paypal membership required.

Corporate checks, money order, cashier checks are acceptable. However, we only accept "signed" checks and checks printed by 3rd party such as qcheck.com without signature of the account owner are not acceptable.

When you check out, the store will automatically provide you the payment instruction according to the payment option you choose. 

Can I return for a refund?

No. Generally, contents products can not be returned for refund once the package is opened.

If you purchased a product by mistake, please contact us and we will help you correct the problem. Certain fee may apply to cover the cost.

How do I get technical support?

Technical support are provided via email. Our technical support team usually give you response within 24 hours.

What if I never receive the package?

A package can be lost during shipping and if you didn't receive the order as expected or within 5 business days, despite the shipping method, you need let us know.

Some orders may not be shipped at all if payment is not accepted or verified.

If a package is lost, we will send you another one.
If an order is not accepted, you need solve the payment issue before we can process it.
